Funding Opportunity: Recovery Living

Signal is seeking proposals from Certified Recovery Living Communities or a chartered Oxford House in BHASO Regions 2, 3 and 4.

The purpose of the funding is to provide housing stability for individuals ages 18-24 in recovery from a substance use disorder involving opioids or stimulants who are temporarily unable to afford the costs associated with living in a recovery residence.

Agencies replying to this request for application should seek to demonstrate community need, responsiveness to the unique needs of this population, and present organizational programming that will help individuals become financially able to independently cover costs of living.

To be eligible to receive this funding all applicants must submit an application to Signal by December 18th 2025. All applications will be reviewed and decisions will be announced in January 2026. Instructions for how to submit questions can be found in the RFP document link below.)
