Your services may be partially or fully funded through state and federal funds and made available for your care through Signal. Signal works with the State of Colorado’s Behavioral Health Administration to support access to behavioral health services. We aim to ensure you feel safe and have a high quality of care provided.
Signal seeks to work with great partners in delivering quality services. However, if you ever have concerns or would like to share a grievance about your care, we want to help. There are two ways you can notify us:
When providing information through either of these methods, please include your name, phone number, email address, the nature of the complaint and the providing agency you have a concern or complaint about. Someone from our quality assurance team will return your call or email within one business day.
Our goal is to investigate all complaints and assist in ensuring all provider agencies are providing quality services.
Clients may also file grievances with the behavioral health Ombudsman Liaison at 303-551-4190
