Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer at Signal Behavioral Health Network. He has been with Signal since 2008, and previously held the position of Director of Information Technology. Together with Signal's Board of Directors, his mission is to further the quality and outcome-focused services provided by the Signal network in the evolving and expanding landscape of healthcare.

Daniel's experience prior to Signal was in information systems in the healthcare, disability management, higher education, and media industries. He brings a combination of technical capability and business acumen to his role as Signal's CEO. He graduated summa cum laude from Waldorf College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems.

In addition to his position at Signal, Daniel is actively involved in the Colorado Providers Association, Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council, and the Jefferson County Child and Youth Leadership Commission.

Kristy Jordan is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Signal Behavioral Health Network. Since starting with Signal in 2007, Kristy has worn many hats within the organization, including office management, executive assistance, Board relations, human resources, and most recently, marketing and communications. Prior to working at Signal, Kristy worked in the media industry as a Marketing and Advertising Account Executive. In her current role at Signal, she works closely with all departments to create a marketing presence for Signal, aids in grant/project coordination, and focuses on building community partnerships to cultivate Signal’s mission.

Erik Stone, MS, CAC III, is the Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement at Signal Behavioral Health Network. Erik joined Signal in 1997 after working at Arapahoe House, Colorado’s largest addiction treatment provider for 11 years. He held a variety of clinical and supervisory positions at Arapahoe House; his last position was as Program Manager for their detoxification programs where he was responsible for managing three facilities with over 122 beds and a budget of over three million dollars. At Signal, Erik is responsible for quality management activities such provider credentialing and site visits, training and technical assistance, and client satisfaction and access surveys.


Tiffany Scroggins » Director of Finance

Tiffany Scroggins, MS, CPA, joined Signal in 2006 as the Senior Operations Accountant and then moved in to the role of Director of Finance. Over her time here, Tiffany has been in charge of the revenue side of Signal. This includes billing for 35 counties and over 22 providers in Colorado for child welfare funding and program reimbursements. She works cooperatively with the CEO and financial accountant in negotiating and executing annual county and provider contracts, as well as, researching and communicating information needed to assess the financial impact of various billing and funding sources. She assists in creating more efficient billing and payment procedures, participates in the financial planning and decision support process for special projects and attends meetings or supplementing discussions that require financial information conveyed.

Katherine Bryant » Business Analyst

Katherine Bryant, MS, CAC II is a Business Analyst at Signal Behavioral Health Network. She is also the Project Coordinator for our CareLogic Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations. Katherine has many years of experience in the substance use disorder treatment field as well as in Information Technology/Systems. She joined Signal in 2012 after 13 years with one of Signal’s northern Colorado providers. During that time, Katherine led clinical/education groups, did advocacy for victims of domestic violence, and provided technical and programming assistance for most of those years. Her involvement also included research on HIV/HCV risk reduction among injection drug users for NIDA-CTN-0017, methamphetamine use in Weld County for Meth Regional Partnership Grant, and underage drinking attitudes for Colorado Prevention Partners Grant.

Joseph has over twenty years of experience designing and developing applications across a variety of industries on diverse systems and environments utilizing a wide range of tools and languages. Joseph's professional certifications include: Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist, Siebel 2000 Certified Consultant, Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise Certified Professional, and J. D. Edwards World and OneWorld software development and modifications.
